No, Tornado Cash Plus+ is a decentralized system that runs automatically. The initial developers have no control over it, and the system is designed to be trustless and non-custodial, ensuring that no single entity can access user information.

The Tornado Cash Plus+ protocol does not collect any user data. We do not capture any personal information from our users such as logins, passwords, phone numbers, or addresses. Furthermore, there are no payment logs, sessions, or cookies being stored anywhere on our end, guaranteeing your activity remains private.

Relayers are used to withdraw to an account with no ETH balance, which enhances privacy. The relayer sends the withdrawal transaction on your behalf and takes a part of the deposit as compensation (the service itself does not collect any fees). Importantly, the relayer cannot change any withdrawal data, including the recipient address. The Tornado Cash Plus+ initial developers do not control or play any role in relaying transactions; the relay network is independent and run by the community. Currently, we only support the Ethereum network. However, we are actively working on research and development to add support for more blockchains in the future to extend privacy features across the wider crypto ecosystem.
